Easter Rugby Camp at ARFC runs for 2 days on the 8th & 9th April. This course will be suitable for those that are contact and non contact as we will split our sessions to be age group appropriate.

What's exciting about this camp is that we are also running our Athletic Development sessions as part of the Rugby camp, so players can work on their rugby skills as well as improve their speed, flexibility, endurance and reduce their chance of injury.
