Lions Sports Academy are returning to Alton RFC to deliver their highly informative 'Transition Courses' which will help several of our age groups with their new rules of play for the upcoming season. Spaces still available via their website

These transition courses are on the September inset days on 3rd and 4th September for the under 9’s, 10’s, 11’s and 12’s designed to help with the law changes associated with moving up an age-group. For further details and to book, go to:

There are various additional rules and technical topics to discover and play with each season, from 5 man scrums for the U12's (and handing off!), to the introduction of the tackle for U9's.

Expert, DBS cleared coaches will take the different age groups through their paces and help them to be 100% ready for the start of their new season.
