Directions and Parking
Address -Slough Rugby Club, Tamblyn Fields, Upton Court Park, Upton Court Road, Slough, SL3 7LT
From the A4 - turn onto Upton Court Road, there is a new housing development on the roundabout, turn into there and the Rugby club road is on the right hand side before you enter the housing area.
Parking will be available from 08:00 on a first come first served basis. Parking is otherwise possible in the surrounding roads although we strongly request careful and courteous parking.
There is a public carpark at SL3 7LU with a short walk through the park to the club.
Registration
Registration will be open from 09:00 at the clubhouse. All registrations should be submitted by 09:30 so that the first matches can begin promptly at 10:00. All teams should complete a team list showing the competing players names and dates of birth. The team lists will be available for inspection by other competing clubs at the Clubhouse Control Point. Please find a registration form at the end of this information pack.
Photography
By entering children into this festival parents/guardians implicitly agree and accept that:
Photographic images may be taken of their son/daughter during the normal course of rugby activity, by accredited photographers and/or other parents/guardians
The images may be used in the local press or in club publicity, in line with the RFU guidelines for the welfare of young people in Rugby Union.
Safety
Children are the responsibility of parents/ guardians and team coaches. Lost and found items (including children) will be taken to the Control Point at the Clubhouse.
Ensuring the safety of players is a priority. There will be a First Aider briefing at the First Aid Station at 09:45
Food and drink
Hot food including bacon rolls, chips, tea and coffee will be available from the Clubhouse throughout the day. We are also pleased to welcome a small number of external vendors including candy floss, slush van and popcorn. The bar will open at 11.30.
Litter
Black bin liners will be handed out to teams at registration. Please keep your team area clean and free of rubbish. Please leave the area as you found it before you leave. Thank you.
Dogs
We welcome well behaved dogs on leads. Please clean up after your dogs.
