Alton Colts Progress to next round of National U18 Cup

Alton hosted Beccehamian to Anstey Park for the 3rd round national U18 Cup game. A large support following from both Alton and Beccs watched a game that could have gone either way. Beccs lead 8-3 at half time, with the Alton squad struggling to find some of the better form. Nerves seemed to be kicking in a little.

The second half saw Alton play a better game finishing winners at 17-11 with tries from Freddie Hegt and Harry Faulkner, both converted by Harry.

The next round sees Alton face Maidenhead on March 17th for a place in the Quarter Final.
