Alton u13s girls are runners up at Havant

The Under 13 girls did us proud today by coming runners up at the county Xrugby7s tournament held at Havant today. This was the last of three tournaments and the girls have improved in each tournament. We joined forces with our good friends Ellingham and Ringwood and Farnham. Two of our girls only started two weeks ago and got completely stuck in alongside the girls who had been playing longer. Their progress has been great to see. Their rugby was excellent; they played a fast, off-loading and close support game that left their opposition often in their wake. The team organised themselves well and ensured that all had a fair amount of game time. Really well done girls - you should be proud of how you have progressed this season.
