Yesterday, Saturday 24 August, the London Irish 1st XV were having a social day out and they contacted ARFC to see if we could provide a stop off point and breakfast for them at our clubhouse. We of course obliged. Esther put on a Full English of mammoth proportions and the bar was opened to provide beer to wash it down!

Thanks to all the ARFC team who helped to make this a great event which was really appreciated by London Irish who emailed this morning to say thank you.

Their theme for dress was 1960s which you can see from the group photo taken on Anstey Park.

It was a pleasure to host them at ARFC - what a great bunch of guys - we hope to see them back at ARFC in the future.
