Closing date Friday 22 November @ 19:00

Now for some big news that many will have been waiting for – on our tickets for England’s Six Nations matches (February / March 2020)!! Like all RFU member clubs, ARFC receives a limited allocation of tickets for these matches. RFU rules allow us to use some tickets to support sponsorship deals bringing in substantial income to the Club. As in previous years, we’re making approximately 50% of the tickets available to paid-up! (and only paid up - we'll be checking!) ARFC members and application forms are available via the following link HERE or in the Clubhouse from Saturday November 9.

There are a total of 54 tickets available - 46 for the 2 home games & 8 for the 3 away matches see HERE. Anyone wishing to purchase home or away tickets should complete a form and put it in the mail box next to the bar - or scan & forward this to Tom Mills via president@altonrfc.club by 19.00 on Friday 22 November 2018. If the demand for tickets outstrips supply, we will hold a ballot to allocate the tickets fairly. This ballot will be held at the Clubhouse at 13.00 on Sunday 24 November 2018.

Please note that:

Requests for tickets should be in sets of 2 unless an odd number of tickets at a certain value is available - then a single ticket or a set of three can be applied for. A maximum of 2, or 1/3 when applicable, tickets per person per game can be applied. You can request a set of tickets for each game, but the individual matches will be drawn separately & you’ll only get sets for all of them if your name comes out of the hat every time! Any unapplied for tickets will then be offered to Club members.
No tickets will be handed over until full payment is made & this must be by 10.00 on 30 November 2018 (to allow the Club to pay the RFU just a couple of days later!). During the ballot, a reserve member name will be drawn for each set of tickets - if a successful member cannot pay by the deadline, tickets will be offered to the reserve applicant on the basis of an immediate payment.
Tickets are for personal use only – by you, your friends or family; they must never be re-sold on the open market.
