I would like to cordially invite all members to the club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held at the clubhouse on Friday, 18 September 2026, starting at 7.00pm.

The AGM is an important opportunity for members to have their say in the running of the club and to help shape its future.

Items for submission

In accordance with the club rules, please submit the following as soon as possible, and no later than 28 August 2026:

• Any Other Business (AOB)
• Nominations for Club Officer roles or Committee membership

Relevant matters may also be raised at the AGM without prior notice. However, matters raised in this way cannot be voted on at the meeting.

Agenda and papers

The agenda and relevant papers will be posted on the club website ahead of the meeting.

In the meantime, I look forward to seeing you at the AGM.
