This is one of a number of opportunities, as members, to have your say in the running of the club. I trust as many of you as possible will be able to attend.

In line with the club rules please let me have the following by the dates shown:

30/6/2026 – Any proposed changes to the club rules or any other motion or business proposed. Please note these need to be submitted in writing with 1 proposer and 1 seconder.

28/8/2026 – Any other business

28/8/2026 – Any nominations for Club Officer Roles or Committee members – Please ensure any nomination has the agreement of the nominee.

Any relevant matter can be raised on the day but please note these cannot be voted on at the meeting.
