Calling all members

Just a quick reminder that the club’s Annual General Meeting is to be held at the clubhouse on Friday 19th September starting at 7.00pm. All members are invited to attend.

This is one of a number of opportunities, as members, to have your say in the running of the club. You may recall that last year we moved the timing of the AGM from July to September with a view that more members would attend. It meant we avoided the busy summer holiday period and that the meeting was held “in season” thus making it more relevant. Attendance was certainly up last year and I trust we can continue that trend this year.

The agenda can be found at the bottom of this note and the accounts will be posted on the website as soon as they are available.

I look forward to seeing you at the AGM. The bar, as usual, will be open.
