On Saturday 24th January we host the Hampshire 3 League match against Tottonians, and as usual there will be a pre match lunch. Kick off is scheduled for 1400, so we will meet at 1200 for a 1230 sit down.

Before I get into the further details, there is a very important date for your diaries. On Saturday 18th April our men’s 1st XV will be playing a Hampshire Select XV to celebrate the beginning of our Centennial Year celebrations. The President’s intention is that celebration is to encompass all areas of the Club, and invitees will include the Red Bellies, the Red Belles, Red Ties, Juniors together with of course all supporters of ARFC. It is expected that demand for places will be high, it is a very special day which commemorates the very first game played by Alton in April 1926. Please watch out for further details in due course…..but get that date in your diaries now.

So back to next Saturday. Lunch will be a Seafood Chowder and breads with a warmed smoked salmon and dill quiche accompanied by a watercress salad and loaded bacon and cheese potato skins, plus of course cheese and biscuits. All for most reasonable price of £13.50pp.
