The Convoy will be made up of military vehicles with Royal British Legion outriders and, unique this year, a contingent of other motorcyclists who wish to pay their respects to the veterans and serving armed forces.
The Convoy will leave Southwick at 10:00am via Wickham and the A32 up to Farringdon and enter Alton via the Butts.
It will travel along the High Street, wrong way, and head for Anstey Park, where it should arrive at about 11:30 a.m.
Alton Town Council are hosting a free family event in the park, This is open from 10;00am to 4:00pm with veterans, displays, entertainment, catering and more.
The Organisers have asked that anyone who may be coming out to watch the convoy to put up the bunting; wave flags and dress in period costume….this is entirely optional of course!
