Alton Colts Loose in Plate FINAL

A game of two halves

With fixture congestion at the back end of the season, Alton and Winchester played a mid week game to settle the final. Alton were the better side in the first half creating numerous chances, and kicking 3 penalties. At half time the score was close with Winchester just in front at 19-16.
The second half was a different story, with Alton looking tired and unable to match the powerful forward thrusts by Winchester. Final score Winchester 45 - Alton 16.
