Well done to the Alton girls U13 and U15 teams who have linked up with other clubs for the last two Sundays and despite never playing with the same girls they have managed to put together some amazing teamwork. Last week we linked up with Winchester at Winchester and this week we played at Petersfield with Ellingham and Ringwood and Petersfield (U13s) and Petersfield and Farnham (U15s).
Well done to Bertie, Bea, Shayla and Shakira who represented the Under13s and Emily, Ellen, Ellie, Amalia, Maddy, Morgan, Neve, Daisy, Nell and Hannah who represented the U15s. Well done to Erin who turned up to support despite being on a graduated return to playfor a suspected concusion after last weekend.
Best moments from U15s a try scored by some great interplay between, new to the game, sisters Morgan and Neve. Emily completing a tackle getting back round to the gate driving through and then intercepting the pass out from the scrum half. There were many great runs and tackles from all the team who all looked like they had been playing for years. As the teams were a mixture from all three clubs it was very odd wanting both teams to do equally well.
